Shipping

Once your package has been delivered to them it is out of our control and they will be responsible for the delivery to you. Burnt Studios is not responsible if your order has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date once we have handed your parcel over to our courier service. If there is a delay in the delivery (due to strikes etc.) there will not be refunds, nor is Burnt Studios responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to be delivered. Shipping may be delayed on big Sale events (Black Friday or Flash Sale).

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going missing because we have not received the correct address.

Please note: The courier company may contact you if you need to pay tax and duties to the tax authorities of the specific country upon import of the goods. We cannot be held reliable for any additional tax or duty fees.
